Hey there! My name is Shannon and I help busy teachers get started with SEL in just minutes a day. I've helped over 30,000 teachers bring community, kindness, and SEL skills [like: emotion management, coping skills, problem solving, effective conflict resolution, and empathy] into their classrooms, and can't wait to help you get started too. After teaching upper elementary for 8 years and now as a social-emotional learning coach, I know what challenges the modern teacher faces.
